RICARDO MONTALBAN . . . a.k.a. Khan from "Star Trek" and Mr. Rourke from "Fantasy Island" . . . died yesterday at the age of 88. There's no word on a cause of death.
Apple chief executive Steve Jobs said yesterday he would take a medical leave of absence through June, saying his health issues "are more complex than I originally thought." Last week, Jobs announced he had a hormone deficiency that had caused him to dramatically lose weight.

Regarding that Linda Hamilton, McG says, that they are looking to get her for a voiceover. He says" She seems to be very supportive of the film,
Regarding any Arnold Schwarzenegger rumors that continue to come up, apparently McG was still resistant to addressing questions about his appearance in the film. However, he did say that he's planning to screen the film for the California Governor in order to get his blessing. I'm sure we'll hear more about that once it happens.
Terminator Salvation director McG has let slip that he wants Will Smith to star in his just-announced 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea: Captain Nemo. The film is an origin story of Nemo as he creates his warship, the Nautilus. The characters come from the Jules Verne novel.
SAMUEL L. JACKSON MAY NOT BE NICK FURY _ Samuel L. Jackson, who made a cameo appearance as Nick Fury in Iron Man, tell the Los Angeles Times that talks about him returning to the role in future Marvel Studios films have broken down.
