Melanie's Christmas Fudge

1 Pack Chocolate Chips
1 Pack Butterscotch Chips
14 Ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 Can)
tsp Pure Vanilla
(Pecans, M&M's, Smarties...whatever you would like to add)

Butter a round pan (use the cake pans with the hole in the middle to shape it like a wreath)
Melt on low...chocolate chips, butterscotch, milk, and vanilla on low in saucepan
Stir in pecans, M&M's, coconut, or whatever you would like here
Pour into pan...it will be chunky and very thick
Shape to the pan
Refrigerate

(Once it has hardened...flip the fudge out onto plate and it will look like a wreath. Add some icing sugar and whatever for decorations...top it with more M&M's, sprinkles...whatever you like!!)
